This course is specifically designed to provide
participants with a proven, practical approach to preparing for the PMI Agile
Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® Certification Exam from the
Project Management Institute (PMI) ®. The primary objective of
completing the course is to obtain a holistic overview of how agile framework
can be systemically integrated in an organizational context to extract and
optimize sustainable and consistent value. This course includes an intense review of exam
material to help prepare participants to write the exam.

Certification requirements
The main prerequisites for taking the PMI-ACP exam are:
- Secondary degree
- 21 contact hours of training in agile practices
- 12 months of general project experience within the last 5 years. A current PMP® or PgMP® will satisfy this requirement
- 8 months of agile project experience within the last 3 years
